Web Meeting Place
For smaller, interactive sales, marketing, training or learning groups, the Web Meeting Place environment is
designed with advanced collaboration features for these smaller working meetings.
The Web Meeting Place:
- Makes it possible to collaborate with external teams or conduct weekly sessions such as virtual
status meetings.
- Allows participants to deliver presentations, share applications, or collaborate using text and
whiteboard tools in a collaborative and highly interactive, live environment. Presenters remain in
control at all times and can share or take back the controls at any time.
- Enables participants to collaborate online. Team members can visit the online rooms at any time
and add materials or review prior meeting notes, electronic flip charts, presentations, or
